The address is 1-13-3 Kaigan,  Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Do you have parking lot ?

We don't have parking lot. We recommend you to park your car on parking lot near the hotel.

We have Hollywood Twin Room (136), Double Room (51), Universal Room (1). All rooms are 12m² except the Universal Room.
Maximun capacity accommodate 2 person per room.

We have 188 rooms. All the rooms are non smoking.

From 3rd to 13th floor.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 15:00 to 24:00 / Check-out: 6:00 to 11:00
(The above times may differ depending on your accommodation plan or contract.)
* Staff will not be on duty after 24:00 for check-ins or before 6:00 for check-outs, so ring the bell located on the front desk for service.

Do we need to pay anything when checking in?

It is necessary to pay all accommodation costs in advance at the Hotel Tavinos.
You are therefore requested to prepare either cash or credit cards (one-time payment only accepted with credit cards).

May I extend check-out time?

Yes, you can extend until 2 P.M., and the extention fee is 1000 JPY/+tax hour for each room. If you want to stay after 2 P.M., it will be charged 100% room charge for the day.

Is the lobby entrance open 24hours?

We will lock the main entrance from 24:00 to 6:00 for your comfortable stay and safty. If you have to contact us, please push the call button around the entrance.

Is there any amenity in the room?

Shampoos, Hair conditioners, Shower gels, Face & Hand soap are in the room.
If you need any other the amenity, please take from the lobby on 2nd floor.
※Shampoos, Hair conditioners, Shower gels will be set in the room on 17th Feb. 2020.

What kind of amenity do you have?

We provide Slippers, Razors, Combs, Toothbrushes, Nightwears, Cotton buds on the lobby.

Are there Nightwears in the room?

There are no Nightwears in the room. If you need Nightwears, feel free to take them from the lobby on the 2nd floor.

Are there bath towels in the room?

Bath towels and facial towels are available in all rooms.

Please tell me about equipments in the guest room.

All the rooms have Hair dryer · TV · Telephone · Tissue · Air purifier · Glass · Folding Table (top size 400 × 500) · Folding chair × 1 · Hanger × 2 × 2 set.
※There is no refrigerator in the room.

What kind of equipment could I borrow?

We have Electronic kettle · Mobile charger ·Aadapter · Digital table clock · Humidifier · Iron · Iron board · Fiber deodorant · Extra pillow · Blanket · Extension cord · Sewing kit.
The quantity is limited.

Is there breakfast in the morning?

We provide bread from 6:30 to 10:00 in the lounge.

Is there a drink bar in the lounge?

From 6:30 to 24:00, there is a self service coffee machine in the lounge.

Is there laundry service?

Sorry, we don't have.

Is there coin laundry service?

There are coin laundry room (2 washing machines and 2 dryer machines) on the 2nd floor. Open 24 hours. Laundry liquid is automatically inside of washing machine.

Is it possible to arrange massage sevice?

We are sorry for your inconvenience. We don't have massage service.

Is there currency exchange service in the hotel?

We are sorry for your inconvenience. We don't have currency exchange service.

May I use the internet in the hotel?

All rooms provide free Wi-Fi.

Sorry, we don't have.

May I call outside line from the room?

We are sorry that it's for the landline telephone call only.

Are there elevators in the hotel?

There are 3 elevators. One is using from 1st to 2nd floor only. And other two elevators are using from 2nd to 13th floor.

Is there any smoking space in hotel?

We are sorry that all rooms are non smoking room.

How could I get room cleaning service during my stay?

We will reset your towels and garbage can everyday. For rooms of over 4 nights stay, staffs will be entered to clean up for every 3 days. Also if you want room cleaning service everyday, we can provide you with some charge (2000JPY+tax/day). Please set the cleaning card on your door. 

May I store my luggage before check-in time?

There are free lockers in the lobby. And we are sorry that we don't storage valuable and fragile items. 

May I send my luggage to your hotel before check-in?

Ask directly at the hotel.

Is it possible to request to stay in high floor room?

We will do our best to meet your request. However, as rooms on higher floor are limited, so it depends on our room occupancy.

Do I have to pay extra for my child?

No additional fees are required if your child is younger than 6 years old.

May I bring my pet into the hotel?

The pet is not allowed, but guide dogs and service dogs are not subject to restrictions.

Are there brochures in the hotel?

We are afraid that we don't provide paper booklet. However, you can download at this web site.
