Notice of Full Building Power Outage Due to Mandatory Electrical Inspection

Thank you for staying at HOTEL TAVINOS Kyoto.
Please be informed that due to mandatory electrical inspection at our hotel, the entire building will experience a power outage at the date and time shown below. Elevators and automatic doors will be out of service, lighting will be turned off, and all electrical equipment will be disabled. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Date and time: Monday, August 3, 2026, from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM
*The time may vary depending on the progress of the inspection.
Important notes:
- Please unplug all electrical devices from the outlets. We cannot accept any responsibility for malfunctions, damage, or data loss of electronic devices.
- Upon entering your room, please check the flashlight located beside the TV and the emergency evacuation map on the back of the room door.
- Wi‑Fi will not be available during the power outage.
- Please refrain from using water, including showers and toilets, during the outage.
- We cannot store refrigerated or frozen items during the outage.
- Elevators will be unavailable during the outage. If you need to go out, please call the emergency number below. A staff member will come to your room and guide you to an emergency exit.
- After power is restored, water may not flow immediately from faucets. If water does not come out after a few minutes, please contact the front desk.
- If you have any other questions or experience any problems after power is restored, please contact the front desk or the emergency number below.
