What time is check-in/check-out?

Do you have a room cleaning service everyday?

To be kind to our Planet and her resources during your stay instead of usual daily cleaning service, we only exchange your towels and  take out your  garbage. 
 However, once every 3 days (counting since the day after check in) we also change bed sheets and clean up your bathroom (free of charge).
  If you want a daily cleaning service (2200JPY/night), please put a [Cleaning Card] on your door.

Can I send baggage to the hotel?

If you are sending baggage to the hotel, please write both the “Date of stay” and “Name of guest” on the invoice and send it to the following address:

Can I send baggage from the hotel?

Our hotel does not handle outgoing deliveries.
Please use the convenience store on the first floor.

Can I bring my pet with me to stay at the hotel?

We do not allow guests to bring pets to stay with them.
An exception is made for guide dogs and service dogs.
If you are bringing a guide or service dog, we request that you contact us in advance.

Are early check-in and late check-in/check-out available?

Early check-in: Depends on room availability. 
Time: 1:00 p.m. at the earliest 
Price: ¥1,100/hour (incl. tax) 

Late check-in: If you will arrive after midnight, please contact us. 

Late check-out: Depends on room availability. 
Time: 2:00 p.m. at the latest 
Price: ¥1,100/hour (incl. tax)

Do you have a cleaning service?

Our hotel does not offer a laundry service.
(You can use the coin-operated laundry for a fee.)

Do you provide wakeup calls?

Yes. Please contact the front desk.

Do you have a laundry service or coin-operated laundry?

There is a paid coin-operated laundry machine (washer-dryer) in the hotel.
(Detergent is added automatically.)

Does the entrance have a curfew?

To prevent crime, we lock the front entrance between midnight and 6:00 a.m.
If you need to get in after midnight, please use the intercom beside the entrance.
(After check-in, you can get in and out using your room key card.)

Are there vending machines?

The vending machines are located in the laundry area on the second floor.

Do you provide children’s pajamas?

Unfortunately, pajamas are not offered in kids’ sizes.

Is there a parking lot?

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a parking lot.

Can I get breakfast service?

Sorry, but our hotel does not serve breakfast.
* Bread (limited quantity; 6:30 to 10:00 a.m.) and coffee (6:30 a.m. to midnight) are offered to overnight guests free of charge.

Does the hotel have a store to buy food and drinks?

There is a convenience store on the first floor.

Is there a microwave?

You can microwave food in the lobby.

Is there an ice machine?

There’s one in the lobby.

Questions about Payment/Fees

Is the accommodation tax charged separately?

The accommodation tax is included in your accommodation charge.

Do I need to have money when checking in?

At Hotel Tavinos, your accommodation charge is paid in advance.
Please have cash, credit card, or QR payment method (payment in full only) on hand.

If I have a child with me, does it cost extra?

No extra charge will be applied for one child under 6 sharing a bed with a parent.

Can I pay using electronic payment?

We accept the following electronic payment methods:
PayPay, Alipay, LINE Pay, WeChat Pay, au Pay, Merpay, d Pay

Can I get a receipt?

If you made your reservation by telephone or on our official website, we will issue you with a receipt.
If you made your reservation on a different website or through a travel agency, please contact the party through which you made your reservation (through which you paid).

Questions about Guest rooms

If I arrive before my check-in time, can I deposit my bags with the hotel?

Please use the self-service cloakroom in the lobby.
However, we cannot accept valuable or breakable items.

Can I use the Internet in my room?

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel, including guest rooms.

Is there a refrigerator in my room?

None of the rooms in our hotel have refrigerators.
If you need to use a refrigerator at any point while you are with us, please ask at the front desk.

Can the windows in the rooms be opened?

You can open your room’s window yourself, so please do so if you require ventilation or the like.
(The windows are built in a way that prevents them from being fully opened.)

Can I smoke in my room?

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms. We do not have a smoking area.

Can I attach an HDMI cable to the TV?

Unfortunately, the TVs do not have HDMI ports. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do the rooms come with baths and toilets?

All guest rooms have a shower room and toilet.

Do you have any barrier-free rooms?

Yes. You can book a barrier-free room through our official website.

Is there storage space in the rooms?

Suitcases and other large baggage can be stored under the bed.

Can unaccompanied minors use the hotel?

It is allowable for minors (those under the age of 20) to stay in the hotel without being accompanied by an adult, but they will need to submit a permission slip from someone with parental authority.
